    I know you'll all agree that we are really thankful for the free services here at 3FC. The sisters offer all of this support and information with no charges to us. There are a couple of ways though that we can help out.

    If you are thinking about buying anything at Amazon, why not help out 3FC at the same time? You can do this by clicking on the button for Amazon on any page in the forum, or by clicking on the button on the main 3FC page at www.3fatchicks.com .     Also, BTW, in case you didn't know it, you can view the message boards "ad free" for a minimal charge. I think it's like $15 for 6 months. A very small investment to be rid of the annoying ads and make your pages load quicker.

    There have been some concerns expressed by the powers that be about copyright infringement. So please, if you are directly quoting someone else or printing an article in whole or in part, please give credit where credit is due!!!!

    Welcome back. I am so sorry for all of the heart aches you haev endured the past few months. I send my deepest sympathies to you and your family over the deaths of your grandma and your dear friend. My heart goes out to you.
    I must say that I am very impressed that you maintained. When ever I am upset, I turn to food. SO good for you hanging in there and keeping those good habits you formed for yourself! Again, I am sorry for your losses. If you need to talk, I am here to listen!

    Hang in there! I know that you can do this! There is only one way to get better, start eating healthier. You know what you have to do and you are the only one who can do it. We are here to help you and guide you!! I know you can do this!! Start small, one meal at a time and go from there!

    i wear a few cups larger than u and get my bras most times at jms.com - just my size. hope that helps. some specialty boutiques carry that size but its not for certain.

    I am very sorry that your not having children is a heartache. At one time I thought I would be unable to have children as well. I remember that pain and helpless feeling like I had been robbed. I know that I have been blessed and I do thank God for my miracles. Consider them kissed for you!

    Hello Everyone! I think I am now caught up. If I missed anyone, I am sorry. It was not done intentionally. Yours truly even after starting the new thread of #757 replied to #756.

    Hi PrincessPuffyPants!! Welcome!! Please tell us more about yourself! I think I "met" you on another forum!

    Yesterday, Friday was a very busy day for me. It was my 5 year olds first day of kindergarten. OK so not really the first day, it was only an hour but I had to go to meet the teacher. Anyway, then we went to a friend's house and I took all of the kids. I did ok. Usually I don't do well on my food plan out of my element. They were serving inch thick slices of Italian combo hero/wedge, so I had 2 of those. Then they had cake and I had a small piece and a few pretzels. When I got home I was going to make dinner but was too pooped. I did make 2 boxes of mac and cheese, but ate about 4 spoons and threw the rest out. I wasn't enjoying it and I didn't really want it.

    Today was a hum drum day. Yesterday I had a severe allergic reaction while at my friend's house and half of my face was swollen like someone beat me up. I was exhausted even though I slept most of the night. My face was still a bit swollen and painful to the touch. Anyway, I stayed ina ll day and was LAZY!!! When the babies napped, I did as well. What a bum I am!

    Food wise was again not the best. For breakfast I had a HUGE bowl of CHeerios. They haev a new kind out that is vanilla yogurt flavored. Not bad I must say, but sweet. Then I had a sleeve of reduced fat Townhouse crackers, I am not sure why. Then I had about half of an angel food c ake and lite ice cream. For dinner I had 4 top halves of pizza slices. I give my youngest daughter and son the bottom parts. Then I had more lite ice cream. Not pretty! I am sure I will pay for that come Monday and the reading of the Scale Monster!!

    Tomorrow I am going to get up and out fo the house and eat healthier. Hope everyone else is having a better weekend than I am!!

  • Hi pj, sorry you have had a bad food day , I did too. Too much food to mention , today is a new day and I will be extra good, I cannot gain again. I will not gain again!
    Busy day today and my period has finished, thank God, too many cravings, pains and grumpiness.

  • hi ladies. most of my info is on other forums, but to make it quick, im 26, single, and from southern california. im doing weight watchers points, but not the meetings, because i cant really afford them right now. im glad to be a part of this, because it helps me to be accountable to myself and to you ladies.

    Well today marks three weeks into my diet, just one more week and then I get to weigh. I have to admit that I am looking forward to it.

    PJ - that's great that you started the new thread, I thought you had to be a moderator to do it! Sorry you didn't have such a good weekend food ways, but at the risk of repeating myself, you are making a life style change and you aren't going to spend the rest of your life forever being a diet angel. So don't stress about it, accept any gain on the scales, and move on. You will carry on losing. Sorry to hear about you having that allergic reaction, what caused it, a type of food??

    Sharon - Like I said to PJ, forget your bad food day and move on. I used to always stress out when I was bad with my food choices, and that just made me eat more. I figure if I can practise what I preach and just get over it when I have a bad day then it will make life much easier.

    Princess - I am the same as you I do WW but don't go to classes because of finances. I also don't want to weigh weekly so it's best I just use my own scales once a month, and get all the support I need from the wonderful people here.

    Ok onto the subject of bras - I am 44E and the only bras that have some support are underwired ones. They kill me, does anybody know of any supportive bra, pretty, but NOT with an underwire?

  • I weigh in on thursday, at 11am uk time, what diet/plan do you follow pj? princess pp are you hungry on ww? When I followed it I was always hungry and I'd eaten all my points before dinner!lol

    Really bored hubby is in bed, he's doing overtime tonight and is on nights all week so I'll have to hoover & dust upstairs when he goes at 5pm.

    I start a confidence building course on tuesday, two and a half years at home have caused my brain power and confidence to wane, I feel fat, stupid, useless and worthless, I don't know if they work miracles at this class! I hope it will lift my mood and spirits a bit, I know I'm not really stupid or useless, it's just how I feel. It's a long walk, half an hour at a fast pace, but as there's no buses going that way and I don't drive it will be some exercise for my body and brain.
