This is the 2nd time I've tried phase I. The first time, I cheated a few times, so I extended the 2 weeks by another week - so I did 3 weeks total. I know the reason I didn't lose weight was because I cheated too often.
So, on August 16, I tried again. Last week, I did so well! I couldn't wait for my Tuesday weigh-in. I lost NOTHING! My clothes aren't fitting better or anything. I feel like I'm doing ok. I haven't gone out to eat during the week. My ONLY slip up (that I was aware of) was at the church potluck on Sunday evening.
I'm so discouraged. It seems like my husband is losing weight on this diet, but I'm just spinning my wheels. We eat the same things!
I've started doing a 20 minute Total Gym machine workout each morning. Hoping that will boost my body into burning fat. I want to give up but I've seen so many around me have such great success. Why am I failing?
