Sorry I havn't checked in the last few days . I way over committed on Friday and Saturday! I woke up at 4:30 both days and didn't stop until late at night.
My food has been good (I haven't had time to eat) and my scale says I lost 2 lbs . I need to drink more H2O and exercise more. I did excersise 2 days in a row last week , that's an accomplishment. I feel completly wiped out today. I think I'll take it easy.
