Well, tonight is the night......my first big benchmark!
I started on 5/7 and have lost 24.2 lbs. I've been on WW for 13 weeks, and only gained weight once: 3 lbs a PMS week which came off immediately the next week.
I have .8 lbs to go to get to 25% of my goal (100 lbs).
Today people have actually commented that I look like I lost weight - FINALLY! LOL
I'll let you all know tomorrow if I made it or not!!
How is everyone else doing in relation to losing/weeks on program?
You must be feeling pretty darn good, I'm proud of you. 13 weeks is moving at a good pace. Enjoy each little step because you will be at goal before you know it.
I've been on WW for 39 weeks now, almost a year, can't believe it. I've drop 100.6 and can't wait to get the next big chunk off.
If I can do it I know you can. Keep up the good work.
Wow Congrats to all is deserved on this thread, you have both done awesome!!!!!! Watch, see i am doing the happy dance for you Keep up the great work!!!!
You know, I just love this board......everyone is SO supportive! Thank you!!
I'm feeling so good about myself. At 5'8", 199 will look great on me........not fat, not skinny, CURVY - which is what I want to be. It's looking more and more realistic as the days go by!
I have been on WW since 4/17/2001 and have lost 17 pounds. It has been slow and steady, and I have not had a week when I gained. I have, however, had a week when I lost 1 pound. I seem to be happiest eating around the top end of my points. I didn't get this heavy overnight, it will take time to get it off, but I like this new way of living!!
You're doing so well! That's not slow at all! I think we're probably losing right around the same rate. I've lost 25 1/2 in 13 weeks.....so, that's a little under 2 lbs per week.
I actually started taking Xenadrine last week, so I'm curious to see how things progress with that. I started out on the lower dosage, and had a bad week, but still lost. This week, I am taking the regular prescribed dosage in addition to my weight watchers plan. If I don't see a result, I'll just stop taking it, because so far, I've done great on my own.
