Congrats on the 3 pound loss!
Still teetering around 146-147, but I kind of splurged last Wed and that shot me up to 149. Even though I know that was mostly water weight, it annoys me that I had to spend another week working my butt off to balance it out just so I could get back to losing for real. That's the bad thing about binging (not that there's anything good about it) even though you put on pounds in water, which dissipates quicker than fat, it still sets you back a few days. 'Tis not worth it, I say!
