I just wanted to say walcome. You're in the right place. The women here are great and very encouraging.

My name is Megan. I'm 24 and live in Missouri. I have a daughter (who will be 4 this Sunday) and a husband of 4 years. I'm kinda doing the south beach also. I just took a whole bunch of diets and threw them altogether to fit my needs.
