Good for you! You are doing the research and making a plan. I like the WW and the SB, but I basically I just eat healthy. I know what is too much (after dieting all these years) and I don't even count calories any more. Exercise is so important. I walk for at least 30 min a day, more if I have time and try to get in extra every changce I get. I park at the back of the parking lot, I always take the stairs, I do squats while i'm stand at the kitchen stove or counter waiting for something. Just little things, but they add up. Also, add some weights for upper body strength. Most of us know how to eat, we just don't!
