after much thoughts I'm gonna go ahead and go back on South Beach BUT also use the WW Points .. I like both of these diets so i think I'm gonna go ahead and do it..
I already have A BIG Mothers day meal planned for tomorrow night so I'm gonna start this sunday (b/c my plan isnt SB friendly LOL)
here's my first day menu, please feel free to help! (BTW I hate V8 Juice)
Breakfast:
2 eggs, scrambled
2 slices 2% cheese
1 Morning Star Farm Sausage Patty
Lunch
5oz tuna
big lettuce leaves
2 cheese wedges (RF land o lakes)
Dinner:
Chicken Breast cooked w/ 1 tsp oil
Broccoli
Snacks:
SF jello cup
Celery w/ laughing Cow wedge
Any more tips?? (besides my water and exercise)
