Default My diet log

Hi,

17 Apr Sunday.

I am going to do 5min slow jog on a treadmill followed by 1 min skip for 4 sets in the morning.

i can't do fast jog because i am just starting.....

GOGO!!!!!!! please share your excerise reps....here
