Hi there - I just found 3 Fat Chicks and it seems like a great community. My name is Cathy, I am a 37 year old mother of a 15 and 12 year old. I have been trying to lose weicht on and off for about 15 years, and tend to go down 10 or 15 lbs., but always seem to end up back to being 185 (thats how much I weigh now). I would like to lose about 40-45 lbs and start feeling better - physically and felling better about myself.
I don't know if I want to do a formal diet plan, or just eat less, move more - but I would love to buddy up and hear suggestions about what works and what doesn't. I would love to get (and give) some support!!! I look forward to hearing from/talking with you!
