Hi all! This is a great site! I'm from Columbus, Ohio and have lost 75 lbs. so far since last spring. I lost the first 44 lbs. just by giving up regular soda. I used to drink an awful lot of it!

Hi there! I lost the first 44 lbs. by giving up soda. I used to drink a lot of it. I lost the rest by changing my eating habits and exercising. I never knew what exercise was before last September.

just go to the usercp link on the top left side and it will guide you thru. the avatar is the picture on the left side under our user names. the signature is where you can add your weight scale. the public profile is what you want people to see when they click on your username. hope that helps! marque

Way to go!!!

I just started my journey on Monday, and would like to lose 55 lbs by June. I know it will be tough, but just hearing from ppl like you I get so motivated. Keep on losin'!!!!
