nutricare system

  • any one ever tried this food system?
  • yes, waaay too expensive for what you can duplicate at home or in the forzen food isle. The entrees are HORRIBLE and sodium content is in the high twenty% to 30% range. The snacks are good though. the breads are plain old white bread hamburger buns.

you could probably duplicate these meals with 1 trip to the grocery for about 50-60% less....their menu plan is a bit like Jenny Craig with supplemental salads.
  • Also - this is a multi-level marketing company (their website says they sell through 'healthcare practitioners' but I had no trouble finding at least one 'non-healthcare practitioner' on Google who is selling these products along with Cambridge Diet stuff).

The MLM connection would be reason enough for me, personally, to steer clear of these products - as has been mentioned they are often overpriced and any 'benefits' are WAY overstated by the 'distributors'.
