hi i need help. this is my third post i think in 24 hrs. i am a just getting started with 3chicks. i have spent the last 24 hrs trying to figure this out.

i am 52 and weight is 300

i would like to join the valentines challange

and start with 5 lbs. i want to say 10 but i don't want to set myself up to fail

i have diebieties and fibromyalgia along with some other health issues. i need a buddy for support and encouragement and who will ask questions.

i don't get this at home.

i am on my own. my weight is studily going upand my sugars are way high. right now i am trying chairs movements, drinking water, and getting glucose levels under controll.

i don't know it this is where to post. i can't figure it out. how do you get the weight los chart at the bottom of your message. what are threads.
