Default Banana-Peanut Chocolate Smoothie

Banana-Peanut Chocolate Smoothie

Makes: 4 (4-ounce) servings
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Freeze Time: 10 minutes

1 sliced small ripe banana
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
3 tbs Natural Peanut Butter (such as smuckers)
4 packets SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener
2 teaspoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon imitation banana extract (optional)
1 cup crushed ice

1. PLACE sliced banana in freezer for 10 minutes or until slightly firm.
2. PROCESS banana and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape sides down. Serve immediately.

Also, you can add protien powder to this to up the benefits - I add protien powder to almost every shake I make.
