I've recently made some lifestyle changes for myself and family (husband and 3 young children). We have begun eating mostly fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, nuts, and a small amount of meat. I have lost about 21 pounds and need to lose at least 48 more. I have also begun to slowly add exercise to my day (this is the hardest part for me). Some days, it is very difficult to not just run to Mickey D's. I have tried every diet in the book in the past, but they have not worked for me. I need a buddy (buddies) of the same mindset to keep each other motivated to stick with this.
