Hi everyone!

I have seen some advertisements for a computer program called Nutriwizard, and one of the things it does it can give you nutritional values for any recipe. Is that the only program of its kind available, or is there something else out there? I think I would like to buy one, but thought I'd ask first.

www.fitday.com is free and can be used to get values for a recipe. There is also MasterCook which is excellent but not free.
