I have been looking for whole wheat pitas...The ingredients on the pita's at Giant Eagle (Ohio...store usu. has everything)...say whole wheat flour first, and then further down it says enriched wheat flour. I can't seem to find any that are strictly whole wheat ! Can anyone help???

They should be OK. It is very ahrd to bake with only whole wheat flower. the amount of enriched is probably fairly small. Just look for pita with the most fiber. Half a pita is a serving.

I know this isn't a pita but I really like the whole wheat tortillas from La Tortilla Factory. They are low in carbs, no trans fats and they really taste good. they have a website Latortillafactory.com I think. I dont know if you can order on this site. I get mine at Tom Thumb.
