Exercise 4/26-5/2
Alright...I have been MIA for a week or so. It's been nuts around here but I am hoping that this week will be a little tamer!!
Monday- was hoping to get to the gym...but ran errands and probably ended up working out more because of that...made over 20 trips up and down our stairs. Then had a tough night of sleeping...I was convinced that if I fell asleep I would not wake up. I don't know if I had a dream because I fell asleep around 11pm and woke up at midnight and didn't fall asleep again until 4am... I would panic as soon as I laid down and was scared to death to fall asleep. Obviously I woke up just fine, but I couldn't get up! Anyway...today is another day!
Tuesday- Kickball
Wednesday- GYM... Treadmill 20min. Stairstepper 15min
Thursday- GYM...Treadmill 20min. Stairstepper 15min.
Friday-Sunday...will be out of town, hopefully will get some walking/running in.
