I've finally decided to keep track of the food I eat and count my calories and fat grams. If anyone knows a great online website that calculates calories and such, will you let me know? Thank you!!

The best site that I know of (and it not affiliated with any one diet) is www.fitday.com it is a great site and if you take a few minutes to look around it is really easy to use!
I just noticed that you are in Germany, me too! I am living in Kaiserslautern right now. Where are you at?

Thanks for the info. I live in Bensheim about 45 mins north of K-town. Bensheim is half way between Mannheim and Darmstadt. Is your husband military?

Yes, he is in the Army and for the moment, so am I. I have 8 more months left until I ETS. It will have been 4 years of active service and I will be ready for the break. Plus, I can't wait to get back to college!
What about your husband? I saw that you are a SAHM. Are you enjoying Germany? How long have you been stationed here?

We both used to be in the army. My dh got out in 2000 and I got out in 2001. We actually met in the army. His job transferred us here. He just got back from Iraq in February, he was there almost 10 months and now he's in Korea. Can you believe this beautiful weather, I believe spring has FINALLY arrived!!!

Yeah, Fitday is definately the place. The interface is horribly ugly, but it works great.
