Default Thank you from Day 2!

Thank you for a great, helpful site and wonderful recipes! This is Day 2, and I’m sure I can do this! I am also trying a new exercise: 10,000 steps a day, based on a book called “Manpo-Kei.” I wear a pedometer all day.
