Sunday:
Took a 30 min. walk with my puppy (even though it wasn't in the sun, but in the cold and WIND!) I can't wait for spring!!!!

Sunday - Walked around San Leandro Marina for 45 minutes. Woo hoo. Will walk on the beach today since it's so nice and sunny out today!

Sunday: 100 bicep curls, 100 overhead extensions, 100 squats, 100 situps
Monday: 20 min elliptical, 20 min bike, 20 min rowing
Tuesday: not sure yet! I'm feeling lazy today, so maybe I'll do some yoga
