  • Enjoy the sunshine (if you've got any) and take a long walk outside!
  • Sunday:

    Took a 30 min. walk with my puppy (even though it wasn't in the sun, but in the cold and WIND!) I can't wait for spring!!!!
  • Sunday - Walked around San Leandro Marina for 45 minutes. Woo hoo. Will walk on the beach today since it's so nice and sunny out today!
  • Monday
    80 mins of walking (4.5 miles)
    20 mins of handweights
    100 crunches
    70 leglifts
  • Sunday:
    30 min. elliptical
    20 min. bike
  • Sunday:

    40-minute walk along the beach
  • monday- 1st day back yeahhhh!
    35 minutes swimming
    30 minutes weights
    abs/ stretching
  • Mon:
    5 min. walk--warmup
    30 min. run
    20 min. stairclimber
    25 min. weights
  • Monday: 30 minutes weights
    45 minutes DDR
  • Monday- Day off...
  • Sunday: 100 bicep curls, 100 overhead extensions, 100 squats, 100 situps
    Monday: 20 min elliptical, 20 min bike, 20 min rowing
    Tuesday: not sure yet! I'm feeling lazy today, so maybe I'll do some yoga
  • Monday:
    30-minute walk

    Tuesday:
    3-mile walk
  • Tues:
    30 min. incline interval walk @ 4.7 mph (that's MOVIN' when you're just walking!)
    20 min. stairclimber
  • Tuesday:
    25 min. walk
  • Tuesday-

    1 mile warm-up on Treadmill (15minutes)
    10 minutes on the Stairstepper...
