I second that! I'm not here as much as I'd like to be, but I couldn't manage without it! I've been very successful on SBD and I love it, and how I feel. Good luck, and don't be afraid to ask any questions!

Thanks! It is going well. I feel very full and even DH (who is on it with me) is whining less than he does on most programs.
