Yes, in fact there is a recipe in the book for Pistachio Chicken Salad with avocado dressing that is fantastic..

Sometimes I will have some guacamole with fajitas or just plane avocado mashed with lemon juice on a slice of whole grain toast (Phase 2).
Just be aware that although this is a healthy fat, it is still fat and has calories, too.

Avocado is listed in the Phase I food List in our Frequently ASked Questions section. It is listed under fats and limited to 1/3 of an avocado.
