I have this recipe for an awesome tuna salad and i have no clue how to deterimie what the points would be per serving,i am guessing a serving would be 1/2 cup? Anyhoo please help if you can with this
3 cans water packed tuna
1 red apple(small)
2 tbls of sweet pickle relish
4 egg whites
1 cup FF mayo

What I would do is figure the points per item and add them all together...measure out the entire recipes and divide by the number of servings you want.
