    I just completed a short course of steroids for my upper back/left shoulder pain. I didn't want to weigh myself while I was on the meds, assuming that the number would rise. I was pleasantly surprised by the reading this morning. At this point, I'd be very happy to maintain in May.

    May goal: maintain below 82.0kgs
