First, congratulations again to those who made their July goals and more congratulations to those who made a second goal, and also, not forgetting those who did not achieve their goal but tried most if not all of us have failed to make our goals at times. I know I have, so, keep at it and you will succeed
My goal for this month is that same 4 lbs that I tried for two months back. for some reason, it seems to be a tough one for me.
Today is my annual doctor's appointment. I had a goal to lose ten pounds between my last appointment and this one. With today's scale reading, I lost eleven pounds! Yay!
Well, I met my first goal in July, made a second one and now I am higher than I was at the beginning of July. I am not going to beat myself up, but move on. I know honestly I am not out at all, but I can only have 1500 calories a day to maintain my current weight. That really isn't a LOT of food so I have to stay vigilant at watching the calories. With that said, my goal is one pound for August. Congrats to MrBadger, BigFatRooster, gardenerjoy, and flower!! Keep up the good work gang!!
