I got a disappointing starting weight, but maybe that will make it easier to meet my goal this month. It was a little discouraging, so I put my last two months of scale readings in a spreadsheet. Now that I can see that the trend line tilts down, I'm more encouraged.
Oh! I got an unexpectedly happy number this morning! We dealt with a 16-hour power outage yesterday. Food was weird, and not that much of it, so that helped me out some. I think I'll wait to see what happens before declaring my goal met on the third day of the month.
