Cool Working Mon-Fri plus Weekend job and lack of time to exercise more

Feeling really powerless over my Yo-Yo pattern of weight loss and weight gain. I work all week. I feel tired some eves after work. I am trying to shed the 40 lbs gained over the last 2 yrs sheltering from Covid.

When was sheltering didn't exercise until safe to go out again.....

Now working Full-Time doesn't allow me much time to exercise.

I am feeling powerless and depressed over this at times. When I feel depressed I binge on junk food. This is like a Self Defeating Cycle for me...Diet ****....

I am craving to return to swimming laps, however I first need to fit into a swim suit.

I am on the Slim Fast Liquid diet to lose so can fit into swim suit. Then I plan to swim during the Summer afternoons, and work a few evenings per week. Then will return to teaching job in September.

This yo-yo pattern of water fluctuation is really a block in my motivation to keep going.

I think that having returned to work is helping me curb my appetite currently.

Unfortunately it's the exercise that needs to be increased a tad for me to tone up and lose weight.

I want to stay motivated, any tipsss???
