Simple Exercises for Max Burn At Home
Hi -
Since a lot of us are spending time at home, I wanted to post about exercise and how you can get the max benefit in the minimum amt of time.
Use large muscle groups - quads, glutes, shoulders.
Do air squats in sets of 10-20 reps while watching TV or in idle time.
Use dumbbells if you want to accelerate calorie burn
Squat with dumbbells in hand and thrust them straight up over your shoulders when you push up with your legs
The more compound exercises you can do using multiple movements at once, the better your results will be. Try this exercise 2-3 times a week with a break in between. You'll notice a difference in just a few weeks.
