I am walking alot and lost 5 lbs in 6 days
By doing plank and walking i have lost 5 Kgs in 20 days, you people do this it gives you good results.

Awesome! Good for you. I'd love to lose my belly fat, as that's the only part of my body that I'd like to thin. Other than that I'm as skinny as a skeleton lol
