Smile Back. Again.

Hey everyone!

I'm done kicking myself for losing and gaining back 65 lbs (+ extra) in 2015. I knew I was out of control and finally weighed myself this morning - 238.8. A new highest weight for me. Blah. None of my clothes fit and I'm so uncomfortable. Its past time. The good news is that I booked a vacation to Europe at the end of May. I'm super excited but its gonna be lots of walking. I would really love to be under 200lbs before I go, so I'm gonna work towards it. I'm breaking up with booze, bagels, and eating out and getting cozy with the gym. I can't wait to connect with all of you.

Lets get to work!

Welcome back, leopardspots. I’m sure the Europe trip will be a lot of walking, and should be great motivation for getting the weight loss ball rolling. My husband is in Europe with his class right now and seeing all the pictures makes me want to be there too!

Just keep rising up and putting one foot in front of the other.I went to Punta Cana last March and got to 172lbs,then weighed at end of this Dec and up to 184,I feel as though my mind now is ready here in 2020 to get to work and lose the 20lbs I have needed to for about 10yrs.Good luck to you all

So 7 days after I posted last I fell skiing and blew out my knee and have to have ACL reconstructive surgery Mar 31st.Ugh so that being said last Saturday was at 175lbs with no exercise to speak of.Struggling though want to be 170lbs at surgery please pray for me
