2B Mindset by Beachbody

  • Has anyone tried out 2B Mindset? I purchased it and it seems great, but am wondering if anyone has had success.

    It's geared toward having a positive mindset to overcome overeating. The main concepts are Water First, Veggies Most, Weigh-in Daily, and track everything. You don't track calories though, just the specific of what you eat and in what quantities. Exercise is considered a bonus, not required. You weigh-in everyday to learn how specific foods or eating patterns affect you. It uses the "plated" way of traking. I need to learn to love veggies though!
