I am lactose intolerant and having a very hard time being on ideal protein. Can someone please help me find products that are dairy free (especially Casen). The clinic I go to is not very knowledgeable in this.

Post #39 on the FAQ thread (link above) has a list of files, the last is a list of ingredients for products from 2010. You can scroll through the thread to see if there's an updated list somewhere, but that might be a good starting point.
