Different way of thinking to fitness/weight loss programmes
Hi there everybody !
What are your thoughts on this ?
I have a theory that what if we focused on our mindset first before we start a new fitness regime or weight loss programme. So many courses or so called experts tell us to do so many things but never do they touch on how to overcome the problems so many of us face when starting a lifestyle change. The internet seem full of too many get skinny or loose 10 pounds in a week schemes when we all know that a proper life style change takes time. Do you think a course or website that could provide us with information and tips on how to overcome certain barriers we face would interest you. This would include a step by step guide to how we should start a lifestyle change, how to track ourselves to make sure we are accountable with our actions which will in the end start us creating new helpful habits.
What do you find most difficult when starting a lifestyle change ?
