Default I wanna die today

After i saw this video of a weight loss story i thought i can't do such things like this because all what i do in my life is sleeping because i didn't have what i wanted in this life i have 24 years old and I had a boyfriend but when i got fat he left me just like that and no one wanna talk to me anymore because of my weight so i will try to go away of this life i can't play it anymore and for your advice i don't think they will help because no exercise or bills worked for me i tried to do this two years and didn't work i still didn't loss anything
but when i see such these stories and how she loss a half of her weight i just don't believe

Emma, I agree it is sometimes hard to believe such stories that you see online. Each person is different and must take their own path toward weight loss. I suggest you work toward cleaning up your diet, eating healthy food, and start with some exercise. As time goes on, I think you will be surprised at how much better you feel.
