Day 1 and a newbie

  • Hi, this is my first time on the site..not sure if I am posting right but here goes. I reached my heaviest weight of 215 last year so I began my weightloss journey (again). In one year I lost 21 lbs and am down to 194. It's been a slow but sure snails pace that I've been on and I want to pick up the pace a bit. I am 35 now and I noticed that it is much harder to lose weight these last couple of years than it use to be. My dear hubby lost a whopping 85 pounds through tracking calories and running. I need to get my rear in gear and track again, but I think this time I will also look at limiting my carbs. I would love to reach my target goal of 165 by next year. Here's to keeping positive and committed this year!
