Default Advice on supplement program?

I am looking at a few different options, just wanted some input. I just hit 51, still work out daily. Looking for I guess a combo of a testosterone boost, with strength and endurance/recovery increase to maintain my regimen. Has anyone tried bdg performance labs, the first thing that came up when I search this seems to fit just want some more input from the gurus before I buy lol. Any other options you guys subscribe to? I want something effective as well as safe of course.

The Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is perhaps the most marketed hormone analogue in the market. Besides being used widely for bodybuilding and strength enhancement, people also claim that it has some anti-aging properties which makes it a favorable choice of therapy among the adult population.

Some dietary supplements that have been shown to help with weight loss include green tea extract, caffeine, and garcinia cambogia. Caffeine consumption on an empty stomach is very beneficial but in the form of green tea and coffee without sugar and milk. But make sure that all these tips will work when you exercise with them for 15-30 minutes. Because taking these things alone will give you less results, but if you combine them with exercise, you will see more results. Caffeine increases your metabolism so make sure you drink a cup of green tea or coffee before you exercise to get the best workout.

I use Omega3 daily and Magnesium Bisglicinate. As well as Folic Acid (My blood tests showed deficiency for it).

I basically picked this set myself. Maybe you can too. Internet is full of guides.

Congrats on keeping up the daily workouts, that’s impressive at 51! I’ve been in a similar boat, looking for something to support strength and recovery without going overboard. I’ve tried Nugenix Total-T before. It gave me a decent energy and libido boost, but I didn’t see a huge difference in muscle strength or endurance. It’s definitely one of the more mainstream/tested ones though, and seemed safe overall with no weird side effects for me.
