Default Weight Journey ups and downs

I have always been a bigger person in my life. I kind of want to tell my story and hope people will read it. It may be long.
All throughout high school i was always a bigger person. I got up to 300 pounds at a height of about 5'11. I grew to 6'2 in my first semester of college and that helped free up some of the fat.
I then got really involved in playing basketball and MMA. This helped me actually drop weight to about 205 pounds. Now this was really good. I did not change anything in my diet or life. Then I had to give up MMA and started to give up basketball. Then i worked at a tex mex restaurant and spent all my time eating mexican food. I grew back to 260 pounds.
I have tried a few diets since then and have now changed jobs to being a swim coach. This has helped a lot and i am now down to 220 again. This is my story and i hope to help out people with their troubles when it comes to weight loss.

Nice one, keep up the good work! swimming is really good for your health and will definitely help you lose weight, but for more efficient weight loss you might want to try some other cardio forms like running.
