Hey there! I have about 35 pounds to lose!

  • My name is Abby. I work full-time as a High School Counselor. I have 1 grown daughter, 1 teen daughter, 3 grown step-kids, 1 biological grandson and 3 step-grand kids. I have an awesome hubby and life. Unfortunately, I've been so happy the past 6 years that my weight has slowly crept up from 115 to 162.

I've tried several different diet plans...

When I hit 140 I went to a weight loss Dr, took diet pills and hit the gym. I went to 125, but burned out and eventually gained to 150.

Then I started Keto and lost to 135. We went on vacation, I fell off the wagon and ended up back at 150. A month ago I broke my foot and now I'm 162. My highest weight during pregnancy was 145, so this is crazy for me. I'm dying to exercise...

I'm hoping that I can make some friends and we can motivate each other. I know that if I don't do something now I'll never stop gaining...
  • Welcome. Welcome. What a busy life you have. I am anxious to become a grandparent. jealous. You can find lots of support here. There are a few exercise challenges going on https://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/chi...challenge-159/
There are also many discussions of diets. Perhaps consider changing your way of eating in a way you can sustain forever.
  • Diet pills aren't going to help you much with losing weight. You need to eat a healthy and balanced diet to lose weight.

Even if you broke your foot, it's possible to lose weight without exercising. Losing weight is about 75% diet, 25% exercise.
  • Don't lose hope! You have to remember that diet pills alone will not help you to lose weight fast. You should do well to turn to natural weight loss supplements, which, along with good diet and daily workout will help you to lose weight and maintain the same for a long period of time.
