Good morning chicks.

Another sunny day today; I think DH and I will go for a drive today and admire the sights of spring! (much easier to stay OP when you are in the car compared to going out to lunch lol) My yard is full of birds, daffodils and pasque flowers and the trees are getting ready to leaf out. Hooray! It's a little early for gardening but I am thinking about it. We need to beef up the fence around the veggie plot this year so I should investigate that.

Yesterday was mostly OP and I got my exercise doing some raking and yard clean up. Maybe today will include a walk.

Have a good day, chicks.

Good morning,

It was a great day yesterday got a lot accomplished including weeding and cleaning out outside basement stairs. Had a nsv yesterday, talked myself out of eating cookies so had an op eating day on the weekend. Today I need to do some laundry and color my hair and not sure what else is on the agenda.

Beth small steps right for eating op. A drive sounds lovely.

Enjoy your day!!

Good morning,

I had a relaxing day yesterday. I pretty much was on OP except that I had some rice. I walked every day last week and I did a total of 87,397 steps between Monday and Friday. I do no wear my fitbit on weekends.

I wake up this morning thinking it was Sunday kids went to school and DH and I went for a walk. I have not much plan for today. we are cooking a whole chicken in the slow cooker for lunches this week. I need to linens and clean a sofa that I want to sell.

Have a good day everyone!

Good morning!

Sitting in Glenwood getting ready to head to the pool for yoga class. Then a half hour drive up to the chiropractor. Kirk and friend, Pat are going to pool this afternoon. Think I will stay home and take a nap. back over the hill tomorrow.

Isa, great job on all your steps. Sometimes wish I had a fitbit.

Rose, nice you avoided the cookies yesterday.

Guess I’d better get moving! Have a great day everyone!

Good morning!

Heading to the pool then back over at a point. We cleaned out the raspberry patch this morning. We had substantial die off over the winter... I think it was too dry.

I’m going to do a non SB cleanse-10 days. My chiropractor has been suggesting it. Felt now was a good time. It does have some nutrition every 2 hours and a healthy evening meal. No sugar dairy gluten or starchy veggies or fruit.

Troops are ready. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning,

Yesterday had to go in to work and had a busy day of meetings, last night DD2 has her last chorus concert for the year, they are good. Today is wfh and I have some reports to work on. Nothing on the agenda for tonight, I have been moving and exercising much more not just need to keep eating op day, that is the struggle for me.

Debbie a cleanse sounds good, I have one that includes more fruit than sb recommends but it helps to get rid of toxins, I might do that after Mothers day has gone by.

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning!

Rose, how nice anytime you get to work from home! Fruit is Great on a cleanse! After Mother’s Day sounds like a good plan. LOL

I’ve been to the laundromat twice and down to Denver once already. I don’t a few weeds in the yard now I am going to take it easy. Kirk went back to Glenwood for a few days so I have peace and quiet here. The weather switched over for us so quickly this year. I wish we had more of a spring. Oh well. I will take the warm weather any day.

Have a great day everyone!

Hey chicks!

My life is not very exciting: work, exercise, cook dinner, repeat. Today it was so nice out I spent an hour working in the flower beds rather than exercising; tomorrow we will have rain so I will have to stay inside.

Pearlrose, I miss going to my kids' concerts; they were always fun. Good for you on exercising more.

Debbie, Sounds like quite a busy day for you! And I agree, we did not have any transition weather but went from snow to summer but I will take it!

Good morning,

It is another beautiful day here, I agree I think we all went from winter to summer weather with no transition. Yesterday, I talked to Debbie by accident lol. I thought I was texting one of my co workers for work issues we were having and asked to call her and it turned out to be Debbie Nice talking to you for a few minutes lol. Nothing on the agenda today other than work.

Beth I think it is okay to have a normal routines just have to enjoy each moment.

Debbie I hope you get to enjoy some peace and quiet

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning!

Rose, it was nice to talk for a minute lol!

Beth, how great to work on the yard before a rain!

Me, my usual routine, too. Got some weeds pulled, went to recycle and did some stuff at the Mat and home. Now take a break. Don’t know what will happen later.

On my temporary food plan I have many small meals-all simple and fresh. Yesterday I had the best salad and made a dressing mixing half a small avocado and a spoon of garlic hummus. Think I will do that again today. Weight is sure dropping. That’s good. I seem to be motivated right now.

Have a great day everyone.

Good afternoon.

The predicted rain was short-lived which is fine. I'm glad I got outside for a bit yesterday; I wil try for more garden time this weekend.

Weight is steady this week. I will take it since I have not been totally OP...maintaining is an accomplishment too.

Debbie and Rose, nice you got to chat!

Debbie, hooray for weight loss!

Rose, hope your work day was uneventful.

Looking forward to the weekend.

Good morning,

Starting from home today, going in for a few meetings and will be back this afternoon. Nothing on the agenda this evening other than chauffeuring DD2 around, she is helping with the middle schools play and it is tonight and tomorrow night. My weight has been steady this week. We are going to get up to 90 today.

Debbie glad the scale is moving, you convinced me to do my cleanse next week. Have a wedding to go to at the end of the month.

Beth I agree maintenance is a win too.

Have a great day everyone!

Hello! ( it is still morning here)

Beth, glad the rain was short lived. When do you put your garden in?

Rose, I think Spring is a good timefor a cleanse. I’m enjoying my break, so far.

Lots accomplished already today. I’ve been doing paperwork for a few hours now and am going to take a lunch break. Have to run into Denver to pick up RX at Costco later. I might stop by the greenhouse for a peek. Other than that, back to the restaurant tomorrow.
