Hi, folks. I'm newly returned to Tae Bo after (on and off) MANY years away. I wish I had never stopped. I've got a long way to go on my fitness, but I'm proud of doing what I can. Right now I'm in the middle of doing a 21-day Tae Bo challenge. When I finish I plan to take a day or two off from Tae Bo, and then keep on Tae Bo-ing! Does anyone else remember Tae Bo? Want to do some with me? I'm doing mostly Basic-level things (studio basic, live basic v. 1-5, and Tae Bo II 'get ripped' basic v. 1-2); I've been doing the advanced-level 8-minute workout for the past 3 days because apparently I've caught the plague.
Anyhow, please let me know if there are any Tae Boers here. Would love to have someone to talk TB with!
