Hi there, I am not new to 3FC, I had an account Year’s ago and felt it to be helpful with having support from the community. I managed to get down to my goal weight but then some horrific events took place and I ended up with PTSD which made my fibromyalgia flourish, and settled in of 2 years of depression.
Well.....I’m back and looking forward to losing the weight again.
Yay me! Lol
