This should be interesting, with everyone being so different.

Exercise- not yet. I have done 12 pushups and a 30 second plank, that's it so far. I work my exercise in during the day as I get time.

Breakfast- I stopped eating it and fast 18 hours a day as a style of intermittent fasting. I've read such good stuff about the health benefits, weight loss benefits, autophagy etc. that I decided to try it. So far it's working out fine.

Water- YES. I drank 24oz on waking, I have another 24oz in a water bottle with me. I'll try to drink at least half of that by lunch. Goal is 2 or more liters (66oz) per day. I usually meet that goal.

What about you, Wefrogy?

Great topic, tx! I hope other will join!

Well, not as I have planned, but I did ok this morning.

Today is my day O, I am just starting and getting organized.

From my past experience I think that good breakfast "English style" suits me the best and I feel the best after it.

Today I decided to skipt to "fast" until lunch but that did not went well, because I felt nervousnes and at the end eat some spanach and onion.
And too much coffe with cream to kill the nervosusnes and hunger.

Did not exercise, I plan on doing some exercise for streching. Well, tomorrow is my Day 1, so I will do better!

Also, after I wake up I drink 1 glass of water, because doctor recomend it. At the beguinning I did not like it but now I see benefits and recomen that to all of you!

No exercise this morning. I haven't got my exercise habit in focus lately.

Yep. Bran flakes and raisins with soy milk

Yes! Getting this back in focus after a period of sliding. I used to be great about drinking my 3 litres daily (keeping tabs on an app helped) and it really does improve my day; brighter mentally and physically. Plus a pint of water subdues those snacky impulses for me.

Good thread. Will try to use daily.

HI, today is my Day 1 and I'm not sure where to start
I did some exercise today: a Pilates routine from Youtube.
Water is not a problem, I drink a lot!
For breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs with a spoon o coconut oil and black coffee (I try to be low carbish).

My greatest achievement so far: No snacking! yay!

I hate the mornings and that is one of my biggest problems. If I don't start the day by doing activity my day is shot..... HELP!!!

So not a morning person, But I am thinking I might have to be. LOL It might be the way I can start the day on the right foot. And I don't get my water in. I can drink so much coffee but I kill myself trying to get my water in. It is something I need to work on for sure.
