Default Hair Regrowth

Hello,

Any suggestions on growing fullness out of thinned out hair?

Please suggest alternatives - any workable treatments including Laser, etc. Or perhaps hair regrowth (for fullness) serums, etc...

Thanks.

Have you had your thyroid tested? Untreated thyroid disease can cause hair loss. As can other illnesses, such as an imbalance of the sex hormones.

You will think that my advice is stupid, but it works, indeed. I just comb my hair every evening (when I have time, I do it in the morning too) during 5 minutes. Also, I do a head massage regularly.

Hi!

I had lost a lot of hair a couple of years ago which freaked me out.

And then I created this regimen which worked for me. My hair was literally sprouting like grass with this regimen!!!

Regimen:

1) Silicea gel with biotin - I usually drink it with half of a squeezed lemon and 2 glasses of water. I was introduced to silicea gel and biotin from a hairstylist who said it worked for her.
2) Nioxin shampoo and conditioner (for normal to thinning hair).
3) Prenatal vitamins - I know it sounds silly because I'm single and not expecting a baby anytime soon but it has worked for me. I think it's because of the high vitamin B's in it...?

NOTE: Your hair will continue to fall out in the "shedding" phase where your scalp will prepare for new hair growth. Keep persevering! It really works!!!

Wish I could forward some family pics where the little hairs were sprouting up like crazy!!! My sister said the hair growth was very obvious!!! My hair has gotten thicker now. So I'm quite happy!

I have continued on with this regimen every day because it works for me!

Hope this works for you as it has worked me! My gf tried my regimen and it has really helped her too.

I work at a dermtology office and we see people in for hair loss all the time. There are some over the counter things you can try, but I would recommend going in to see a doctor. It could just be hormones or stress, but you want to rule out thyroid or autoimmune problems. A doctor can give you prescription medications or injections, depending on the cause of your hair loss. Some of the over the counter treatments we recommend are biotin supplements, up to 10,000 mcg per day is safe. Rogain also works well too. Buy the men's strength, it's a stronger concentration so it works better.

Hair loss is sometimes caused by a hormone called DHT, which restricts blood supply to hair follicles, causing them to fall out. Choose any shampoo that contains DHT blockers that ward off hair loss.

Here are some of the things that worked for me.

Believe it or not, Stress. When I reduce my stress, I notice fuller and thicker hair.
Secondly, I take Biotin and it worked but I hear it doesn't work for some IDK
Thirdly, Jamaican Castor Oil works wonders.

I also take a multi vitamin everyday.

PRP or hair loss in an option but do you really want to go into the treatment?
Try castor oil, it really works with lengthening eyelashes ( tried and tested).
You can also try to melt canned coconut or get cool pressed coconut oil to massage into your scalp before taking bath. It would make your hair shiny.
My friend tried mashing banana and put on head, it really made it "look" healthier as potash is great for hair but those banana lumps in hair were just too much to get free with.
Also skip conditioner if it makes your hair look limp.
Avoid hairdye treatments or any heating routine for styling.
And try braiding hair too.
Use cool water to wash hair. Sulfate free ones.

Laser therapy is typically used by dermatologists and other skin specialists. Now, the FDA has cleared the way for some products to be used at home. At-home laser therapy for hair is intended to help regrow your hair while also making it thicker. The results can take several months to take effect.

The biggest drawback of at-home laser therapy is the cost. Some machines are sold for hundreds of dollars, and they may not work. Talk to your healthcare provider before making such a large investment.

Essential oils are liquids derived from certain plants, and they’re primarily used in aromatherapy and other types of alternative medicine. According to the Mayo Clinic, lavender oil has been used with success by some people with pattern baldness. The oil is often combined with other types, such as those made from rosemary and thyme.

Still, there’s not enough evidence that essential oils can treat baldness or thinning hair. If you do decide to give this treatment a go, make sure you test a small amount of the oil on your arm and wait 24 hours to see if any reaction develops. Redness, hives, or a rash could indicate an allergic reaction.

The only laser therapy in this case is for ingrown hairs. If you are into home remedies, castor oil work on like 50% of people. Maybe you are lucky with it!

Hair regrowth is a topic that resonates with many, and it's fantastic to see various solutions and experiences being shared. From FDA-approved treatments like minoxidil to natural remedies and dietary changes, there are multiple paths to explore for regaining thicker, healthier hair. I think it's important to consult with a healthcare professional or dermatologist for personalized advice when addressing hair loss concerns. I can recommend you beekman 1802 customer service to consult with. Their guidance can help you find the most suitable and effective regrowth method tailored to your unique situation.
