My highest weight was 230, lowest 130 and I'm currently at 195. 140 is my gw.
I had a baby five months ago and ended up losing quite a bit of weight during my pregnancy (55 lbs). I've since gained some back and it's horrifying to me. I don't want to get back to where I was before, but it's incredibly hard finding the motivation to do anything about it. I'm hoping that being here will hold me a bit more accountable for my actions and work as a distraction from binge-eating. I also love reading peoples success stories (even the ones in the making) and hope I can inspire others as well!
