Hello all! I am having trouble fitting 4 cups of veggies into my daily diet. I found this product at the local box store called Amazing Greens which basically appears to be freeze-dried (to keep all nutrients) powdered veggies. Thoughts on replacing at least 1 or 2 veggie cups with scoops of this which I can easily mix into drinks or food????
A bit of background: I am also using the Orbera gastric balloon which limits the amount of space in my stomach for food. I have been separating meals from drinks/water by 30 min to make enough space for the meal.
