Hi, I made an account on here about 2.5 years ago and weighed 245 lbs...I remember that my feet hurt frequently & I was fairly miserable. Since then I've gotten a treadmill and have a more physically demanding job ... So I've lost about 33 pounds

but I have a long way to go. I would really like to get under 200. It's nice to think in small increments and get used to lifestyle changes.
I've recently lost 16 pounds on the Atkins 72 but have grown tired of low carb, 20 carbs a day is difficult and I've grown tired of cooking so much and I miss things like canned soup and sandwiches. Also, I'm not getting enough calcium or colorful fruits/veggies... I'm going to watch the carbs though. I may end up going back to it for awhile at some point

I've subscribed to several forums/posts and hope to come on here and become more of a regular to this community and at least get under 200 by May. That would be wonderful and amazing. It is my dream.
My way of losing the next 12 to 18 pounds is through "My Net Diary" app (counting calories) my treadmill, Leslie Sansone DVD's and other exercise DVD's and using the Alli pills (Orlistat). I had bought several bottles about 4 months ago and feel I should use them.

Thanks for reading this! Have a great day/evening!
