New Year Resolutions? Right here.
So it looks like I forgot I even had an account here, but I joined in 2008 and just haven't been back. Yikes!
I got in shape and lost weight and kept it off for years. Then after having my son in 2014 I let it all go to ****, and I haven't really been giving myself the kick in the butt that I've needed.
So in the spirit of January, and resolution time, and needing accountability and support, I'm going to be hopeful that I can be consistent this time and post here and meet people!
I'm currently following the weight watchers plan, which is to say I'm eating reasonable portions, including a lot of fruits and vegetables, and trying to go for a walk each day. I have a long way to go to where I used to be, but baby steps!
