Wink Trying to lose back the 47 pounds that have crept up over the last 4 years

So I lost 48 pounds in 2010 with my trainer and healthy eating. It took 8 months! Due to some stupid emotional issues and confort eating guess what? I gained it all back slowly over 4 years!!! Now I'm trying to lose it all again but its a struggle this time. I've started clean eating with lots of veggies, salads and proteins. I want to go from 190 to 143 by March 1st 2017! By nye 2016 I want my goal weight to be 170. Wish me luck!

Anyone else in the same situation? I love to eat but have managed to overcome the sweet cravings luckily bc hormones are one of the primary causes for overeating. Hopefully I can overcome the snacking on chips and my weekend paratha bread ))

Hi Happytrue
Im in this boat. I went through bad stress after after my son was born,I wont bore you with all the details,but that sent me into early menopause at age 38.I went from 140 to 170 in a 5 yr period, When I turned 40 I lost down to 152lbs but let it creep back to all time high of 175. I am hovering near 167-168 now and I just want to be 160 by Christmas.Best of luck to you

What is helping me, drinking water, tracking all my food and working out. At 46, it is hard but we all can do it.
