Default Anyone Weigh In on Friday?
I want to weigh in on a Friday lunch time as this is easier for me.
Was wondering if anyone else weighed in on this day as I would like to post here in the afternoon to keep me on track.

I weighed in... 2lb down! Quite pleased with it as haven't changed anything apart from cutting out Red Bull this week, next week will hopefully be where I see the difference
